This product is very easy to use and versatile. It’s sturdy and holds your cheesecake in properly. The standard black color is nice and it’s coated to not stain or stick. The release on the side function smoothly. I was concerned because I had never used one of these before but this product gave me confidence to continue making more cheesecakes

I got these for my daughter and she loves them. She said they seal nicely and no water seeps in. They bake evenly and she was excited they came with liners as well.

Honestly, these things have a decent non-stick coating from what I've seen.There were some reviews on basically every springform pan that I looked at from every brand saying they leaked, so I filled mine with water and let them sit in the sink. After about ten minutes, the water had gone down a bit, but they were still mostly full.When baking very runny cheesecake filling a small amount dripped out, so I'd recommend putting a baking sheet under this when you use it (it held water pretty well, so I thought I was safe with something thicker, but the increased heat got me).Takes a bit of getting used to them to get the bottom seated correctly when reassembling, which I'm guessing contributed to the leaking reviews, but if you try putting them together a few times before actually baking in them, you shouldn't have any issues.The only reason I'm not giving these five stars is that I ordered them new, so I was a bit surprised when there was a smell of burnt oil when I opened the package. Figured that might just be some coating they were shipped with, and I planned to wash before use anyway, so I finished opening them and started checking them out, only to discover that my largest pan came with cheesecake residue from whomever bought and returned them before they were shipped to me as new. Even though it came used and dirty, I had already planned to wash it, so it was mostly just annoying to receive a used product, but having the residue included did show me that they're very easy to wash, even if something has been sitting in it for a while, and the included pre-cut parchment paper fits them pretty well.

I adore these pans, and after a few years of consistent success, I've also gifted sets of them to my mother and sister.They're nonstick, bake consistently, come with pre-cut parchment paper liners to prevent mess, and release without problems. They wipe clean very easily, and I have had zero problems with these pans.The smallest size is ideal for taller cakes, and the largest one can even be used for deep dish pizza.

This pan is a dream for making/cutting and eating cheesecakes, but butter will leak through when in the oven causing smoke to blow from my oven and the occasional flare-up, this is easily resolved with a catch pan underneath. I have not had the opportunity to test for leak-proof qualities. But I'm happy to have the pan because it's deep for those fabulous pumpkin pies and blueberry cheesecakes my family enjoys so much.

This is a perfect fit in my 4-quart slow cooker. About a dozen cheesecakes later, still no signs of leaking. I do lightly grease it before using; however, the one time I forgot it wasn't an issue at all. Absolutely nothing stuck.

Great product - arrived fast!

I washed the pan and it leaked, haven't used it yet for baking , hoping the crust will seal it a bit, but very disappointed.
