I needed a pencil to complete my skeleton crosswords - one of those where mistakes happen. The pencils I have used before were too faint. These are perfect for the job. They are very dark and appear on paper as if I was using a pen. However, unlike a pen, the resultant text is easily erasable of course. There are ten pencils and it may be a few years before I exhaust these! The enclosed sharpener and eraser was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Feel good in the hand, smooth to write with, leave a good mark that also rubs off nicely when necessary. The rubber is good and the sharpener gives a nice long point (longer than a "normal" sharpener).tl;dr: They're nice pencils.

I am very fussy about pencils and I discovered these Apsara pencils some time ago. Cheap but high quality and a great service. Will continue to buy regularly.

*The pencil produces a dark tone while maintaining a decent point retention.*The sharpener is good enough for use.*The rubber isn't very good, but is more than acceptable for the total price (i just tend to throw it away and use a different rubber anyways).Overall it is an excellent pencil for the price-point and is my pencil of choice. Having tried a range of both expensive and cheap pencils, this one seems to have similar characteristic to expensive pencils such the Tombow Mono while not sharing the excessive pricing.

I loved these pencils as they do not break and there sturdy however it would be better if they had some grip on the pencil.

Great value, I like these as much as expensive Palamino Blackwings for writing. These provide smooth, dark and consistent strokes.
