Update 02/02/2020 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ==== Note: I had an issue with the faucet after two weeks. I contacted customer service, who responded back within an hour and offered a perfect resolution to the problem. They resolution customer service offered was perfect, arrived quickly, and solved the problem!We purchased this faucet set because we loved the clean, modern look and the great price. The fact that the faucet has LED lights that illuminate the water flow was just an added bonus.The faucet set is very well made, and very well packed to avoid any damage during shipment. All of the parts are heavy and seem very solid. No plastic components visible. All five of the water lines are braided lines, color coded for hot vs cold, and have standard USA style fittings that fit my supply lines perfectly.No leaks whatsoever after the installation. The lights change color and are blue-cold water, green-mixed water, and red-hot water. The lights changes as the water gets hotter. Visible during the day, but really cool after dark. Trust me, it's quite a nice fixture and beautiful lighting.I cannot attest to the longevity of the faucet as I just installed it recently, but it seems like it is well made. I honestly don't imagine the lights will keep working long term, but nonetheless we will still have a beautiful faucet.

A+ on style and cool factor. Hoses seemed a little under impressive but functional. I didn’t have any troubles with any leaks, or any other install aspects. Possibly I’m fussy and overly conservative on heavy duty pluming hoses/fittings. I feal the faucet set approaches super high quality for the most part and the led light is on point. I find myself turing off the bath lights to enjoy thoroughly!Very Minor deductions on a few points for the perfectist;1) hose quality could improve but adequate 2) while not likely designed for perfect laminar flow exiting the cool water fall, it is close enough to wonder why not perfected. If it where and hose quality beefed up, I’d see paying triple for the faucet without hesitation.Those points stated, I’ll still buy again!

This faucet is absolutely beautiful. The color and design really complements our sink countertop and the color changing LEDs that change color due to temperature gives it a nice wow factor. It feels really durable and the packaged the product well so that it doesnt get damaged during shipment. The water flow is abundant and flows nicely. The clearance between the faucet and sink is really functional as it allows for more space to do things in the sink without the faucet being in the way. My children love using it (my wife and I do as well) because they are so in awe with the LEDs lol. I would definitely recommend this faucet to those looking for a great functional faucet that looks amazing!

Protected package for parts. No real instructions, just a drawing of the faucet handles and hoses showing how they should be connected. Probably enough for somebody experienced with installing faucets but I had to go to YouTube to get a little bit more instruction.The faucets themselves are pretty nice looking, fit my 8 inch wide sink though I had to make sure that the new handles were in the middle of the holes because the holes in my sink were bigger than what the faucet handles.Led lights are very faint, and because of their location hard to notice unless it’s super dark and you’re looking down at the water level.I hope that the finish lasts a long time.!4 out of 5 rating because of 3 things: Lack of detailed instructions, quality of the finish was inconsistent, and the hoses are prone to kinking.Update August 2019: 2 years later - one of the 7 inch hoses ( Faucet Connector Braided Stainless Steel Supply Hose 1/2" Compression Female Thread x M10 Male Faucet Hose) broke off (should not have broken, looks like defective part) and now I am in search of a replacement - 1/2 in x M10 is very difficult to find! Lowes, Home Depot, etc did not have. So buying Amazon 24 inch long (yes! 3 times as long as I need) to see if I can fix the hose.

We've used this faucet since 2019. The LED light stopped working about 5 or 6 months in, luckily we didn't buy it for that reason, I didn't even realize it had the light when I bought it. There is a sound that is emitted when turning on either of the hot or cold faucets. It's not terrible, low pitched, but can be heard from the next room. Other than that we love the look of it. Although the light was pretty neat, if I were to buy again, I would pick one without the LED mechanism. I am assuming that is what is causing the sound.

After 5 years, every one of the 4 faucets we installed, leak(Wait, they leaked at 3 years-we put up with it for 5) The handles fall out. Frankly you get pain and suffering for making a poor choice by buying cheap products for your home. It is a pain to pull it out now. Of course the LEDs stopped working in 30 days, but the dripping drove us insane.Now suitably chastened by our poor choice we paid up and bought Moen Lindors. Though they are priced much higher you will appreciate the quality and the lifetime warranty that Moen provides. The Moens are made well (unlike this junk) and were very easy installs. Also they take standard supply lines (unlike the cheap ones that this came with) and visually great looking.Take my advise, do not buy non-standard fancy looking junk for your home. You will pay in terms of time and money, eventually. Lesson learned.
