This is a great product for those wanting to take D3 K2. The pill size is average size and easy to take. My vitamin d levels have gone up when taking this brand. I'm very happy with this product.

I have problems keeping my Vitamin D levels above deficient, and this product quickly brought them up. I get joint pain and feel awful when my levels are low.
