These were recommended to me for Migraines. I personally do not suffer, but my boyfriend did. He could not believe that it not only took a few minutes, but that he no longer suffers from headaches. I recommend this product to EVERY person that even mentions the work “migraine”. Incredible product and very well priced too!

I have tried many other magnesium supplements for tight muscles and love this one. It is fast acting, helps with muscle spasms and works better than magnesium glycinate for me. I also love how it absorbs under the tongue. I have also given this to my teenager and he finds it works well.

I was pleased to find this product since it is something I used to use daily. I am now taking it again for leg cramps and find that it is helpfu.
