Not bad, will probably get again
Could use some instructions on how to appropriately rehydrate, but otherwise it's fine. I first tried cooking with it from dry in a spicy broth, which was a gross disaster. Do not do this. Could be interesting to /fry/ from dry though, I'd imagine this gets supremely crunchy.Second attempt, I left it overnight in some plain water first - weighed it down with a plate too - and aside from a few ends where the sheet was too bunched up to rehydrate properly that I ultimately discarded, it all cooked up nice and tender after cutting into bite size pieces and throwing into a broth again for about five minutes. I'd recommend seasoning the soaking water in the future. If you're wondering about the one star for flavour... It's bean curd. It's going to taste like whatever you soak or cook it in.

Very useful protein source
Great go have in the cupboard for adding quality protein to soups, stews, stir fries etc. It's a pity that delivery charges make it relatively expensive, and annoyingly, the "prime" price is a lot higher, so even with Prime, you still pay delivery.
