Great cloud based time-clock in device for small and large businesses!
I purchased 5 of the NGTeco TC2 models for my five business locations. This device is capable of alot of different time clock methods! I was able to add multiple employees to different devices seamlessly from the website dashboard. Their customer service is also highly reliable. I was a bit confused when I tried to set up the device but one quick call and James was able to help me setup all 5 devices along with each stores timesheet. This device is going to save me hours of time when doing payroll. Great customer support!

Do not recommend
Would not recommend. Have had multiple issues with time stamps not showing up. Not user friendly. They are quick to help and respond but this should not be so difficult. Would return if I could.

tricky but good
Very handy device. a little tricky to setup but great helpdesk is there to rescue and set up the thing. Thanks to James he is amazing who helped to set me up right.

Leaves a lot to be desired
This time keeping device is on the right track but has several key issues that need to be improved, in my opinion. One- the setup instructions are written as if google translate was used loosely to translate the Chinese instructions into English, which makes key parts unclear and difficult to understand. Two- the computer/phone software and app are not intuitive at all, making it a guessing game how to generate reports to export. If the UI was better, it would make it worth it to stumble through the setup instructions. It would also be nice if it had the feature where it reconnected in the event of a power outage, but that requires a manual reset of the device.
