Literally, the only difference is the color. Graph Tech makes the two colors so you can best pick the color that matches your guitar or gives you the look you’re after. The material is the same. Highly recommended.

Are these as good or better than rollers?

They are just as good.. it depends what you want for looks on your guitar

Why only one short screw? Why wouldn't you include 2 of each

Typically string trees are either....1 string tree, 2 tall, or 1 tall and 1 short. They are never 2 short, hence the included screws. Please note that the longer screws could always be driven slightly deeper into a headstock if a shorter height on both trees is needed

Why the black version has international shipping but this version don't?

Because the other seller might be based overseas? Stick with the Prime Eligible version.
