Inn-fighting D&D Tavern Brawl Game
This is a fantastic game that is quick and easy to play once the rules are understood. This game is a great way to pass time while you are waiting for other members of your D&D group to show up. Some of the rules are a little vague, but the answers are to most are available on WOTC Q&A. If you are really stuck you can ask WOTC a direct question and get a quick response. Once the rules are understood by everyone games usually finish in about 15 minutes. My D&D group plays this before every session, usually at the expense of roleplaying time as we find it so enjoyable.

Fun game for families and gaming groups, but needs two things fixed.
I bought this game because the mass combat rules in D&D have always been time consuming and a tavern brawl that you see in the movies, would take hours to go through. Trust me, I have done it.This game is a fun stand alone game that you can play with people who don't play D&D. The rules are written strangely, but there are tutorials to show how to play and once you see it is makes a lot of sense. And there are even ways to make your own character cards if you want to insert your character into the game. The two things that this game needs are easily fixed. One is the instructions that some sections are worded poorly and not explained very well. The second is that you will need some type of poker chips, markers, or counters to keep track of hp and victory points.Other than that I have had a lot of fun with this game both as a family game and within my D&D campaign to have it break up the normal flow of a game. If you like card games and are fine with the two problems i noticed this is a fun game that can turn mean or comical depending on ho you play with.

A great, easy to play game.
I first played this game at Phoenix Comicon (2014) and had to buy it. It's a great little game, doesn't take long to play, it's easy to learn, and is just fun.I play with my 8 and 10 year old kids, and they love it.The game does make use of some sort of small counter items (which do not come with the game), but those are easy to find. We use those "glass gems" often found in the craft aisle of stores that are typically used for filling vases. I found mine for about $1 per bag at a local 99 cent store and they serve double duty right now for both this game and for brain counting for Zombie Dice.

Fun quick game, but not for everyone
Edit: I lowered my review by one star. This is one of those games that solves the runaway leader problem. The games generally boil down to attacking the person with the most points. As a result, you can go from winner to loser rather quick. I won't say that's a bad thing, but it does tend to drag out a game.I've played this game a few times and find it amusing. I like simple quick games. This game definitely falls into that category. However, the games can run long with your score constantly fluctuating up and down. The mechanics of the game are simple to pick up and thus is easy to teach others, but that doesn't mean others will like it. Hence the lower review. I have several quick pocket games similar to Inn Fighting and no one cares to play this one. As a general consensus, this game doesn't make it to the table very often.I like the game for it's unique mechanics. The theme fits the game very well. The characters are unique and provide good variety. It's a simple game to setup and play. Teaching takes a matter of minutes. Games can run long (>20mins). The game components are lower quality. The packaging is budget, the dice are okay, the artwork is (in my opinion) ugly. The game doesn't come with tokens, so you'll need to supply your own.I want to rate this game higher, but overall the value is a solid meh.

Really fun game!
The only downside of this game is that it doesn't come with tokens, you have to provide your own. That's negligible though. Overall, this game is fantastic, it gives you that feeling of dungeon crawling (kind of) and fighting other heroes, and having a big old fat brawl in a bar. It's really quick and has nice twists and can last longer if you want, or can be over in 10 min. Play it, it's super fun for a big group!

Great Game, Template website for custom cards doesn't even exist
I bought this to use as an in game roll playing tool in 4e for my campaign. It is a funny and interesting mini game and I'm happy I got it. Don't bother typing in the URL of the template site for custom cards they give you. WOTC never took the time to make it. But it's not hard to home brew custom characters in the game yourself.

Lots of Fun for a Great Price
This game is pretty good. It's easy to learn, and it can be quite fun. One of the best things about it is the low price.Any gamers looking for a fun, short (and cheap) game should get this. It is somewhat reminiscent of Munchkin, except it's serious and not goofy. My group uses this to kill some time while we're waiting for everyone to arrive to a Dungeons & Dragons session; or if several people have to leave early, the few of us who remain will play this for a while. All you need in addition to the game is some type of counters (poker chips, pennies, jelly beans, whatever).

Astonishingly well designed game
This game is one of the best designed games I've played. It has a fascinating mechanic where it doesn't allow any one player to pull too far ahead. Thus, by the middle of the game, there is no foregone conclusion as to who is going to be the likely victor. I'm so impressed. It is a super great game.

My new favorite fast-playing game!
This is probably my new favorite simple game to play. Although the wording in the instruction manual was sometimes vague, my friends and I quickly worked it out, and enjoyed it several times in our first sitting. Fast, fluid, and full of surprises (in our last game, our winner came outta nowhere to cinch the winning points), two of my other friends even bought their own sets after that first night playing!
