I am extremely impressed with the high dosage and quality of D-Mannose offered in these capsules, especially the number of capsules received for such an amazing price point. I really am that impressed. I don't normally harp on like this in reviews and I try to keep quite neutral. However, I am really, really pleased to have ordered and tried out this supplement.I often use D-Mannose to help with my bladder health. However, I've had an elderly family member really struggling with an infection over Christmas when it was very difficult to get antibiotic help due to things being closed over the winter and Christmas holiday. I was able to give her these supplements to help bring her some relief while we waited for the antibiotics and these really, really helped her. So I am extremely grateful for the quality and high dosage delivered. These made such a difference to her pain and difficulty she was having and we all noticed a marked difference in how she appeared and acted.I will be definitely reordering from this company again due to the excellent quality of the product received and how effective it was. We are both now using this on a regular basis to continue being in good health. Once again, extremely impressed.The tablets themselves are easy to swallow too. They're not too large and there's no discomfort or aftertaste either.

Easy to swallow and take but whether it prevents UTI's or helps get rid of them I'm not sure.I had a UTI a couple of years ago and the secretarys at the doctors suggested trying these for future use. I couldn't use if for that as I needed anti-biotics at the time, but as these are from natural sugars (which are much better than anti-biotics for you, I thought it would be useful to have in the house. And there is a lot of info out there that D-mannose can 'potentially' stop harmful (UTI causing) bacteria from sticking and taking hold and instead helps it to pass through the body. So my view is to keep this in the house and if I've any feelings or suspisions that I might have the start of one that I would use these. Luckily I rarely get them, but better to be safe than sorry. I have however tried one as technically its just a supplement that I can no harm in taking even if you don't need it and I found it easy to swallow.As yet I can't say anymore about it.

Average size capsules to swallow, this is a good dose of D Manose with black pepper for improved absorption and at a fair price.
