This is like xsmall women , how does this fit anyone , only the arm shoulder part fits just closes it’s fine the strap that goes across is not long enough especially when you have a chest way to small very disappointed, the size and measurements should be indicated here !

I wore this for a few hours during the day as soon as I got it. So far it seems to offer some decent support while working at my desk (repetitive strain injury), but I really got one of these to wear overnight to see if it can stop my from moving my right arm into positions that it's not supposed to. I will know more after a few trial nights and update my review.As for fit, I'm a size (womens) medium at the very top and I found this to fit well on my arm and across my chest, maybe slightly small on my upper arm so if I get any flabbier on there I'll need to find a bigger one ;-)Update a week later: Does wonders during the night, keeps my arm stable and from getting stuck in stupid positions LOL

It helps but a little tight if you are wider on the top half I have wide shoulders so bit tight
