Q: Ribbons are already hung in banner? ❤A: No. The banner is not pre-strung. You can string it up in 2-3 minutes using the plastic needle inside the package. Pennants are able to be moved along the satin ribbon to the spacing you prefer. PLEASE NOTE: ❤Please note that the card stock colors may appear differently on different monitors/devices.
