There are a number of simple hacks that can make a DIY job much easier. I would have appreciated seeing the tips and suggestions in a bulleted or list form to make them easier to find. My favorite chapter was Weekend Warrior - Decorating Ideas, as there were many simple tips and projects that can refresh your home without spending a lot of time and money.

I absolutely loved this book! Beyond the money-saving aspect and the versatility of the proposed ideas, what really stood out to me was how the difficulty of the projects gradually increased. This approach kept me motivated, unlike other books where the complexity can be overwhelming right from the start. Plus, doing these hacks made my lifestyle more eco-friendly by repurposing items I already had instead of buying new ones, which felt great.One of the most rewarding parts was the mother-son bonding that happened as we worked on some of the projects together! My son had so much fun helping me sand and paint an old side table, and we even replaced our bathroom hardware as a team. We also found the perfect stackable storage baskets for his toys that fit just right under his window.Overall, this book sparked so many ideas for both now and future projects. It’s been an inspiring and creative experience for us!
