The Best Coffee I've Ever Tasted
Well I waited 2 1/2 months to write this review, since I wanted to use the machine for a while. And WOW, I don't know how I ever lived without it.It took me a long time (about 6 months) before I decided to purchase this machine. It was very easy to set up, and I powered it up, heard various bangs and hums (not loud), then a cleaning cycle began with water dripping from the dispensers into the tray, then a bit of steam came out of the steam wand. The touchscreen is beautiful and clearly shows the different options.I decided to try a double espresso, so I put my mug under the dispensers, and pressed the icon on the screen, and once again various bangs and hums occurred, then the coffee began to stream out of the dispensers. It was steaming so I knew the water was hot enough, and the coffee smelled so good as I watched. It all only took a minute or so, then the cycle stopped.I wanted steamed milk, so I filled the metal milk pitcher, and pressed the proper icon, waited for it to get nice and hot, then pressed the icon again for the steam. CAUTION: Make sure before you press the hot milk icon the second time that you have the milk pitcher filled (I only fill it about a quarter to a third of the way), and have it under the steam wand since the steam is pretty forceful and could easy burn skin. When you see the milk frothed to your liking, press the hot milk icon first to turn it off before you remove the pitcher, or again you could easily be burned. Then add your favorite sweeteners, sit down, and enjoy what will probably be the best coffee you've ever had. Over time, I've adjusted the amount of coffee and water on the touchscreen (easy to do, just follow the manual) for the various options to my liking. I find that I use the icon marked coffee most of the time, but occasionally use the espresso option for a stronger cup.One aspect I love is I can have coffee anytime I want it with just the touch of a button. The machine tells you when you need to add more coffee beans and water, and I make sure these are always filled and the machine is ready to use. There is really nothing I don't like about this machine. It's beautiful, fully automatic, easy to use, self cleaning, and most of all, makes great coffee in an instant. If I have to say anything "negative" about the machine, it's the fact that it uses a lot of water quickly owing to all the self-cleaning it does, and you will find yourself emptying the tray at least once a day if not more, and the fact that when steaming the milk it's pretty loud. But for me, these are just minor issues for a machine that makes delicious coffee anytime, consistently.I decided before the machine even arrived to use only distilled water, especially because the tap water here is fairly hard, and any buildup can compromise the machine. But with distilled water there is no buildup, and I likely will never need to descale. The machine tells you when you need to empty coffee grounds, and doing so is easy. The brew group comes out easily, and I use the brush that came in the box to clean. This is one of the best purchases I've every made, and I expect to enjoy great coffee for a long time.

This Machine Does it All
I’ve owned a breville Bambino Plus for a year and a half now. Over time I noticed the temperature of the espresso began to decline. So I started looking at some new machine.Grinding up beans, tamping, and loading was fun for a while, but it gets annoying after a while, so I wanted something that did all of that for me. Started looking at Phillips, Breville, and and then I came across this Magia and saw all of the 5 star reviews.THIS Machine does it all, and in half the time! I don’t use the steam wand because I have a separate heated milk frother, but overall I love the many features the machine provides. My espresso has never been so creamy!!!

Stylish but poor performance
The equipment has several appealing features, particularly its aesthetic design with attractive copper details that enhance the appearance of French copper cookware. However, there were significant performance issues. Despite using the hottest setting, the water temperature was insufficient for brewing a satisfying cup of coffee. Although the cappuccino-making function was promising, the milk frother did not froth properly and dispense hot milk. Ultimately, due to these shortcomings, I found it necessary to return the visually appealing all-in-one espresso maker in favor of a less stylish but more effective alternative.

Nice automated machine.
I wanted to use this for a bit before I submitted a review. We have had this for a couple of months now. The coffee tastes great and I love the automation except for a couple of things. We have 3-4 people using this daily. I wish there was a bin for just enough beans for each cup, or a measured scoop. I use a very clean coffee as pure as possible due to being a cancer survivor, I should not be drinking coffee at all. My coffee costs the same as my husbands but he gets a huge bag for the same price. I find his coffee bitter and strong. I can't get my family to only put what they need so I have to dig their beans out of the hopper that I can reach. It helps but not entirely efficient, I get his beans in my coffee. I don't want to get an entirely different machine $$$. I should have spent more to get that feature but I didn't know. Also, this dumps a lot of water in the tray below. We put cups under the shoots to keep as much out of the tray but it still produces a lot, maybe from the inside of the machine. The tray is shallow and has a section that goes behind/below the machine that is difficult to remove without spilling. The milk warmer puts more bubbles than froth into the milk so we use a separate frothier in addition to the machines. Besides that, it is awesome. It is fast, tasty but not low maintenance. I do like the variety of coffee drinks this provides, and the flavor is amazing.

Always dump the waste water tray
I have it for about a month and brew up to five cups a day and espresso. Make Lattes and Americano. So far no complaints and is working great

UPDATED 3/19/25 - I should have heeded the bad reviews!
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: the company is working with me on a repair. I am please with the customer service that I am now receiving.DO NOT PURCHASE - I have been troubleshooting this machine for a week, manufacturer is not responding to my Help request. I am three weeks out of the return window with Amazon. Over $600 down the drain and I see through these reviews. I am not the only person at this issue has happened to. This machine is notoriously known to stop working with this issue. It is stuck on startup mode. I have only had this machine for 2 1/2 months.

Excellent
Absolutely love our machine. Easy to use and makes a wonderful cup of coffee. The milk frother is may favorite. I went from spending $25 a day through DoorDash on coffee to zero.
