Effects: Easily removes rust spots and other metal oxide residues. Has a penetrating effect on all natural and artificial stone, tiles and ceramic surfaces. Non-corrosive effect for remedying rust spots that have emerged through the use of ferrous fertilisers, metal garden furniture and tools, dripping taps, leaks in heating pipes, metal fences, etc. Application: Suitable for use indoors and outdoors on all stone, artificial stone and ceramic surfaces. Particularly suited to acid-sensitive stone surfaces, e.g. marble, granite, artificial stone, chalk/limestone and sandstone, Terrazzo, slate, etc. Suitable for use in the house, basement and on driveways, footpaths, garage floors and facades. Directions for use: Dry the surface, then spray thoroughly and evenly. A violet colour and odour common to cleaning solutions indicates that the rust remover is beginning to work. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Rub over the surface with a sponge or (scrubbing) brush and plenty of water, then rinse off with water. For old and stubborn rust spots, repeat the process until they have been fully removed. Ensure adequate ventilation if working in an enclosed space. Rinse spray guns thoroughly with water after use. Note: The effect can be accelerated and enhanced by heating the surface being treated. Where possible, do not use at temperatures below +15 °C. If necessary, heat the ground below with a hair dryer or hot air blower. Do not allow the violet colouring to dry. Instead, rinse with plenty of water. In the event that pockets of violet colouring remain on light surfaces or in pores, rinse again with water. Smaller remnants will be washed away by wind/rain.
