Perfect for pains. I really love using these on my neck and knee.

Out of the entire pack maybe 10 actually popped and worked. Then after that, they maybe stay hot 10-12 minutes maximum so heat retention is horrible. Quality is horrible. And I usually never leave reviews but please do not buy this product!

These instant hot packs were perfect for my wife after she gave birth to our third child. They’re exactly like the ones provided at the hospital and helped relieve her postpartum pain effectively. They’re easy to activate – just pop and knead for a couple of seconds – and she could place them wherever she felt discomfort. Highly recommended for anyone needing convenient, hospital-quality pain relief at home!

They actually stay hot a long time. I wish they were a little bigger but on the whole a great product.

I bought this to help my husband cold hands. Not one of the packs got warm. His nurse was also trying to help. Do not purchase this. They don't work.

some packets were frozen so not useable

It is almost always impossible to activate this product. I chose this product as it is used by UCSD Health (although a larger size than I ordered). I have a whole box of what I ordered and should like to send it back rather than just put it into the trash.

Would give a half star if it were possible. None of the box of 24 worked. Going to order a different type and try again.
