Been using vitabiotics for preparing my bones strengthwise Well so far so good nothing really new i still have to continue using them my mam has osteoporis so trying to build my bones as i get older

Honestly I stopped taking this because I don't like taking so many pills. It's 2 large calcium pills plus 1 smaller omega pill and it was just too much for me.

Bought this after reviewing in UK and i know its one of the good supplement.

With the flat packing I thought that the tablet blister packs had got mixed up, they weren't. This product required 3 pills per day, 2 of the original formula and a separate omega 3 pill. The omega 3 pills come in the green covered blister packs.
