I've taken this one week on and one week off. I can say confidentiality I definitely feel a lot of energy when I take these pills. I haven't found anything to like so far. I have been taking them for while now, maybe not long enough to fairly comment upon them. However, I don't think I will purchase anymore as they are quite expensive.
