These are amazing! I’m actually using them for work and personal use. Calls are almost too clear lol I can hear EVERYTHING. Music sounds wonderful and so easy to adjust noise cancellation and volume with the touch. The headset itself is very comfortable and I do wear glasses. It’s hard to find headsets that don’t push my glasses into the side of my head. The set up and instructions were very easy. The features are great and I do like that the headset will tell you volume level if you press the smaller power button. These are lightweight and battery life is great from what I can tell. The fit is nice and not too compressing. My Bluetooth connection has worked more than okay! The distance has by far been greater than cheaper sets. 10/10

These headphones have positives and negatives, but I still love them.Positives:I love how lightweight they are, how long the battery lasts, and the adaptive technology. I love that the technology allows me to listen to my music, but as soon as it hears that I am trying to talk to someone, it'll stop everything and allow me to have the conversation without removing the headphones. It surprised me the first time it happened because of how well it worked. I also like the touch sensor on the side to raise the volume, pause the song, and move onto the next song. I like that I can receive and make phone calls without problems (I've had issues with my AirPods constantly disconnecting even though I have an iPhone and people not being able to hear me; it's annoying).Negatives:I have an iPhone and all Apple products, so to be able to get them to work to their full potential, I had to download an app. However, I know that has more to do with Apple and the fact that they purposefully make it difficult for other items to work on Apple products to get you to only buy Apple. I ended up loving the app; it's great. Lastly, the only other negative that I found was that the headphones don't feel too sturdy.Even with the negatives, I still love these headphones and recommend them to everyone. The positives outweigh the negatives.

I love the quality and this color. It’s not even that pink. It feels great. I got a black one for my husband and I got this gorgeous pink one for myself. Helps to eliminate noise on planes with kids yelling and crying. Also helps reduce the anxiety of flying.

Best headphones I've ever used. U usually buy budget and headphones, the noise cancelling is never what I need, I'm autistic and I can't handle much sensory wise, so I am going to rate this as a person with a different kind of need when it comes to noise cancelling and comfort. The noise cancelling is perfect, best I've ever had on headphones, but I do wish they had a level bar for the noise cancelling but it doesn't bother me. The comfort is exceptional, as someone who struggles with textures sounds and feels, these are perfect for me, they don't sit on my head weird and they don't put to much pressure on my ears and sit on my ears weird. Only problem I have is the colour, they said it was pink but it is clearly a dark 🪻 lavender. As a person who has dealt with multiple headphones they are a 19/10 for me. And for those worried about braking them, they are well built and sturdy, they will be fine as long as you aren't banging them against the wall or something.

These stopped working after about 6 months of light use. I’m really disappointed with how expensive these are that my cheap $20 headphones have outlasted these. I don’t recommend.

The Sony WH-1000XM5s are high-quality headphones with impressive noise cancelling, great sound, and a sleek, lightweight design. The battery life is solid, the touch controls work smoothly, and they’re super comfortable for long listening sessions.That said, after using both these and the latest Bose noise-cancelling headphones, I have to say Bose still has a slight edge in pure noise cancellation and overall comfort. The Sony is very, very close — and better in some tech features — but if you're focused purely on ANC and long-wear comfort, Bose might be the better fit.Still a fantastic pair of headphones and a great value overall — just not quite the top pick for me.
