All metal, good quality, scale seems correct
Scale is 0 72. Here it is spray painted all black with its base painted to blend in. Scale of the trains is approx O 48.

This really looks great and you can feel the satisfying weight of the metal. The details are fine. Overall, it's perfect for the price.

I ordered this and can’t say I’m very impressed. I knew it as soon as I saw the box was labeled in an Asian language (Chinese probably). From a distance the model looks nice and is weighted but when you get up close you can tell it’s just a singular plastic mold. It’s not bad enough to return it but it’s bad enough to regret spending $60 on it. I would say it’s $20-30 quality. Just beware.
