Perfect could have been better flavors

This product is not worth the hype and the price unfortunately. After quitting smoking the hand to mouth fixation is still there. Tried this device to curb that and was not happy with it. I have tried other products that work better and are cheaper as well, such as cigtrus.

I ordered from their website not Amazon. This will be a 100% honest review. I bought the "device" and 3 3 packs. A journey pack is what they call it. I selected cinnamon hearts, spearmint and orange vanilla. It came with a crisp mint which tasted great and smell great. Upon opening the cinnamon and spearmint they both smelled off. Almost wet and musty. They also both tasted so bad it made me gag. The orange vanilla tastes fine and smells fine. I am a long time vaper and a former smoker. I was going to use this to quit for good. The "device" is decent quality. It terms of usefulness to quit is definitely a willpower question. It helps but you ultimately make the decision. The reason for the poor rating is the awful taste of product that was clearly improperly stored or made. Upon emailing FUM support a ticket was created and eventually landed in Erdmans hands. He gave a stupid canned customer service response of basically it is a preference in taste and suggested buying more flavors. For real? Your suggestion to me telling you something is wrong with the quality of your product is to tell me to buy more of your product? Snake oil sales man type beat. I do not recommend.
