Defective Remote
This Remote does not charge. I ordered another one and that one also does not charge. May want to consider other options.

Does not change fully
So I bought a used like new one since it was half the price, it works but it does not charge to 100%, only 58%. I’m giving it 4 stars but I am concerned it’s not going to hold a charge after seeing other reviews.

This is a second purchase of this remote as backup to have on hand. I bought as a backup of the one I am using from them now. It came with instructions and new with all stickers in place as the 2 previous factory Samsung remotes I had purchased (I have had 3 remotes chewed by my dogs). Works and looks just like factory remote. I will by again (most likely if dogs keep chewing in anger of me leaving them home).
