Although not cheap, this is essential reading for anyone interested in how to use a high level programming language using natural language to power their business using statistical methods.

I really liked this book, it's a really good starting place to learn python, AI and Data Science. It has both the theory you need and then lots of exercises to get that theory into your brain and get it under your fingers. Frankly I wish more IT books were like this. There are hundreds of exercises but that's what you need to really learn a skill. Theory and practice are the bedrock of useful IT skills, especially programming, this book gives you both. I give this book 5 stars no problem. As an introduction to the subject, I doubt anyone could write anything significantly better than this. It is really well researched and put together, the exercises are great and it also teaches you where to look for answers in the future, there are tons of links to documentation.As for the AI and data science, it doesn't go into the complex maths at all, it's more about using the tools than taking the tools to pieces and showing you every detail of the math behind them. So it's not that hard to understand and it seems to me to be a great introduction, which is what it claims to be so you can't fault the book there.I am python novice but not a programming novice, so I don't know how easy this book would be for a complete beginner, it is many years since I was one so I'll leave that to other people to comment upon. I suspect it would be fine but I can't tell you for sure.

This is that book what you looking for. No rusty things(2019). Comes with 12 months digital resources. Excellent paper quality.

The author level of detail is just perfect. Clear and concise explanation that helps the hopeless. Most books assume certain terms are so widely used that everybody knows their meaning and utility. Paul Deitel writes for the lay man who wants to learn without having to Google every other word in a book.Highly recommended for those who want to learn not just the language Python, but its uses in several fields.

I use it and really enjoy the web support and online tools provided when you buy the book. One of my favorites!

Very graphic and introductory for data science basics. You get to learn the fundamental python libraries for data science like matplotlib, Numpy, SciKit-Learn, Pandas, Seaborn etc. You will need to install anaconda which also comes with Jupyter notebook environment used to execute some of the snippets. The book makes understanding the application of many of the data science libraries easier. I enjoyed the course, thanks to the book.

El libro está muy completo para aquellos que quieran aprender a programar y a manejo de datos. El libro viene con un código que te permite entrar a la página del distribuidor, ver los vídeos por capitulo y descargar material de cada ejercicio de los capítulos. Excelente elección

beim Versuch, die digitalen Inhalte für das Buch zu laden (die hier wesentlich sind!) habe ich den Titel auf der von Pearson angegebenen Webseite nicht gefunden. Beim Chat mit dem Pearson-Support habe ich erfahren, daß die Kindle-Ausgabe keine Lizenz für das Zusatzmaterial enthält.Ich werde das Buch dennoch behalten. Aber ich möchte eventuelle Interessenten auf diese Praxis hinweisen
