My niece loves anime and she loves to draw so this was a perfect gift!

Purchased for daughter who loves to draw.

The media could not be loaded. I've ordered 4 books this week on how to draw anime & manga and out of the 4 this 1 is exactly what I was looking for! It breaks down eyes, face, hands, feet, hair, clothing, figure drawing, and poses! I'm impressed with the range and break down it provides compared the other books I've ordered that don't actually break the how to down like this one does. Most of them were references or idea books to be inspired from already drawn characters. But this book really gives ideas and references then explains where to place things like eyes and mouth as well as different angles of drawing the head & eyes and mouth. I would recommend this for any age just starting out on anime & manga. You can't go wrong here. It was also half the price of the others. The ONLY things missing that would make this book perfect is a index and a breakdown on how to shade. But seriously such a valuable purchase!

Perfect for my daughter now that she is into a higher level of art class.

This book has helped me alot out on my anime and Manga drawings the only thing bad about it is it's not in full color most pages are mostly in grey.

Great designs but not age appropriate for my little one was WAY too difficult. Will use when she gets older

This drawing book it the coolest. Our friends daughter is already an amazing little artist who is really into anime. Each page demonstrates how to break down her scretching and it to add layer by layer. She loves it!
