Nice book and good info for learning and ideas

Authors appear to have actually built these projects. I was actually able to use a pattern in this book to build a project.

This book is great. I have modified ideas from the book to some interesting stained glass panels and sculptures in my yard . I know they must be good because every one of them has been stolen from me this year, except one which I cemented in place, and who ever was taking them got pissed off and broke it.I have three copies because I keep going over the book to help me plan modification to plans within the book. I keep one in each car and one in the glass shop. My favorite panels were a couple of American Indian faces with head dress placed in a prairie grass planting area looking out over my street. The local cops stopped by to check them out after someone called 911.

I wish I had this book when I started out doing stained glass!!! This is a VERY detailed, excellent source for ALL aspects of learning copper foil AND came techniques, from definitions of types of glass, tools needed, to clearly written step-by-step instructions -- complete with multiple pictures -- for projects that include all sorts of designs, such as simple hanging designs to designs that incorporate water! When I started taking classes at my local glass hobby store, I went to my local library to obtain background information and beginner books to learn more than just picking up tidbits while in-class. This is THE book EVERY newbie and someone who wants to learn something more beyond the basics. Besides, just like the authors, I too am an avid gardener so to have two of my passions -- gardening and glass -- in one book ties everything together like a hand and glove. A BIG thank you to the authors for putting together not only such a concise book but also one that I have been searching for such a long time. It is obvious that the authors' experience and knowledge form the basis of this absolutely wonderful book!

This is an excellant book for those who want to think 'outside the box'. Useful stained glass projects. If you made each one of these designs. You would have learned so much more than just the glass level. It allows for stagnant creativity to flow!

Wonderful book with great stained glass garden ideas! Love that for each project it has a stained glass supply list and a list of all other items needed to create the project. Love all of the pictures of each step of the process of creating the project

This book is very thorough and detailed. I love the projects in it and cannot wait to make some of them. The instructions are easy to follow and the pictures help to show you what to do and how to do it. The projects in the book are very creative and useful items like a garden sprinkler from copper tubing or candelabras for the patio.

This is an excellent book both for those new to stained glass and those with more experience. Great and out of the ordinary projects with detailed instructions and helpful hints. Particularly liked the Luna Moth, Flower Candelabras and Patio Lanterns. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great source of inspiration

Lovely book lots of interesting and exciting items to make that you can actually find usefull aswell as looking beautiful. Good mix of copper foil and leaded came projects. All in colour with easy to follow step by step instructions. All in all fabulous,

Was a little disappointed in the projects and glad that I purchased it at sale price.It is a nice book, but I have seen others that offered more scope.
