Awesome product and company!! I ordered a straight plug andwhen it arrived it wasn’t exactly what I needed and was too tall for what I needed. I asked if I could get an angled one for my application and they sent me an adapter for no additional charge! Shipping was fast and the plug works flawlessly!

My dog ate our charging cable days after getting the vacuum. This one was a great price point for replacement and works great.

Works but plug fits kinda loose on the deebot N79S charging base.

Worked for my deebot. Dogs chewed through the first one. Had one similar, it’d turn the light green on the charging dock but wouldn’t charge the actual bot, this one did the trick!

Did not last
Bought the charge cable, month later it stopped working. Could not find a way to return so I bought another one to go with our vacuum. Cheaper than buying a new vacuum. Love the robot, it had lasted longer than the Shark we had.

It’s just okay
My base was stolen (long story) so I needed a replacement. While this technically charges my ebot, I have to hand adjust it every time to get a successful connection.
