So far so good. Installed the first one. Competitive price. Basic but quality parts. Love the option of being able to pop the drain plug up and off to clear the debris basket.

High Quality, Great Value
The media could not be loaded. I was honestly skeptical of buying this due to the low price, I was so nervous It would not be good quality. But completely blew my mind. Saw the same one at Lowe’s, same design and quality for $100 and found a similar one on Amazon for $35.!!! Use this for my rental property and it turned out amazing. No leaks beautiful design and looks expensive but a great deal

After months of service,no drips. Easy to install and spout leaves lots of room for hands or a glass. Nice modern look, easy to clean.

Half the Price - All the Function
We were installing a new vanity and originally purchased a name brand faucet from the store. Upon installation there was something wrong within the faucet that made water barely trickle out, even with re-installation and new fixtures the thing was a dud. I decided to order as a replacement as it looked very similar and was less than half of the price.To our surprise it looks almost identical to the name brand faucet! Only difference is this one works perfectly! Very happy we made the switch. Have already ordered a second one for the other bathroom!

Faulty handle
The media could not be loaded. Great color easy installation, unfortunately it’s leaking from the handle , both cold and hot water. Very disappointing. Hoping the manufacturer can send me a replacement or a better replacement. My previous faucet is broken so I have no replacement until a new replacement shows up. I will update once I have the replacement

I like the tight feeling of the handle.no leaking so far and it's easy to clean.update: customer service is amazing!To start off, it was simply my fault - i tried to clean the cover plate with that green scotch-brite cleaning pad, and it simply ruined it.I repeat, please do not clean it with that green pad, or that stainless steel scouring pad.To clean, ALWAYS spray general bathroom cleaner and wipe off with soft cloth. it's very easy.Anyway, i've contacted the customer service, asking if they can sell a cover plate separately. To my surprise, they simply sent me a new one. I just received it and switched the old one off.So naturally I'm very satisfied with the customer service, and the product as well.Again, be gentle, always clean with a soft cloth!
