The biggest of the Lego modular builds
A surprise for me. This is the biggest of the 16 Lego modulars till date, on 1 & a half plates, unlike the rest which are built on 1 plate. 2017 stock by Funskool India, which was the Indian distributor for Lego at that time. I got it for Rs.28,000 which is certainly overpriced to what it would have sold for in 2017. I did not hesitate as I knew that stocks for this old set would be extremely limited, so I purchased it immediately.

A fascinating build, packed with details
Lego Assembly Square is a beautifully detailed and interesting build. As it commemorates 10 years of Lego modular buildings, it has incorporated, elements and build features from all previous modular buildings. Really enjoyed working on it.

4000 pieces and hours of fun
I bought this for myself since my wife isn't into Lego. She started helping me with it and ended up doing most of it and now loves building Lego. A bit annoying since I didn't get to build much. From what I could see there are many interesting details. Amazing how Lego made a dentist's office and the photographic studio. It is worth the money and alot of fun. If you like buildings or are starting to build Lego modulars get this set.
