Morphy Richards OFR Room Heater, 09 Fin 2000 Watts Oil Filled Room Heater , ISI Approved (OFR 9 Grey)

As per first time use, It works fine & properly.... Detailed review after some time,it's regular use for 1 month atleast will be given later. After 7 days of use, Unfortunately, It stops working after 7 days of purchase & still not switch on currently after several attempts by me. I Am continuously trying from 2 days to contact customer care for its repair but still waiting for executive engineer of company. Till now no engineer contact me. Highly disappointed for company delayed response. Also, Reduced my rating from 5 to 1 star. But Thanks to Delhi Head of Brand, who quickly respond to my matter on priority & same day technician visited my home & fix it's problem of switch off due to its safety feature of autocut due to tilting of the heater. Now it's work absolutely fine. Also again, I give 5 Star rating for it's customer service & Highly impressed with Higher Officials quick response.

Bought this for 14000.. now it is for 11500... Price has been dropped because no one is interested to purchase it because of bad reviews. It does not heat quickly. It takes upto 4 hours to heat 16*15 sqft room. And even after 4 hours heating is okaish and not very warm. Quality otherwise is good But heating is slow for 16*15 sqft room 15 fins model

It works very well for a small room. Takes about 40 to 50 min to warm the room .. This model is without fan so it lacks the heat transfer by convection. One should keep the ceiling fan running to spread the heat around. Manufacturer should have provided a slow moving fan for faster spread of heat. Lower power consumption compared to higher models .

I have been using Morphy Richards 11. fin for more than year , recently bought this 09 fin model for my parents and they just loved it ! Quick heating and very much comfortable in this nasty winters. I would like to share one more feedback regarding service repair which I found negative in other reviews. When we opened it first time and connected it dint work but within 24 hours the engineer came and sorted out the problem . It's working smoothly now . The customer care and engineers are very efficient and on time . Thank you Amazon .

Absolutely Pathetic Experience Ordered this room heater during shivering cold weather season , expecting basic functionality and some relief. Instead, I received a faulty product that didn’t work properly from day one. What followed was even worse. Amazon support assured me multiple times that a technician would visit for inspection—no one ever showed up. Then they said a replacement would be arranged. It’s been 15 days now: ❌ No technician ❌ No replacement ❌ No pickup ❌ No refund Complete silence and zero accountability. When you urgently need a heater in peak winter and are left chasing customer support endlessly, it’s beyond frustrating. This has been a very sour and disappointing experience, not just with the product but with the entire after-sales process. I strongly do NOT recommend this heater or dealing with such irresponsible service. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
