Main yeh 78L bag trip pe le gaya tha — space bhi acha mila aur quality bhi zabardast hai. Hard shell bilkul strong hai, airport pe rough handling ke baad bhi koi damage nahi hua. Wheels smooth hai aur handle strong. Design bhi smart lagta hai. Budget me best bag hai

Good product but bad return policy
Good quality. And specious size. Only drawback is Amazon return policy for this product. The size is much bigger than I expected. It doesn't even fit properly in my Honda Jazz trunk. So wanted to exchange with smaller one. But Amazon custom care denied my request.So just be sure before selecting the size.

Nice product in this price range compared to other brands
All great compare to other brands it's good and affordable.Kindly note - no locking system availableGreat product and quality also good and easy to use but only one problem with handle its little weak.

Great suitcase! Very sturdy and great for long travels.
Amazing product for the price! Really sturdy and good quality. Has 3 smaller inner chains as well and 1 inner main front chain. Perfect check-in size for international flights and long trip train travels. Highly recommend!

Suitcase without lock
It's a strange suitcase that cannot be locked. It has no numeric lock or any other way to close it safely. The zippers can be tied together but one will still b able to move them around easily, which makes no sense. Won't recommend it to anyone though it's value for money but extremely unusable

The product broke while traveling
While traveling from USA to India the item broke causing great damage and related hazards and inconvenience

Heavy and value for money
This is not good for domestic flight luggage. I am using almost 2 year absolutely no problem at all. But it's heavy, strong. it's a hardly to carry a bus or auto. Space is more to keep. Take more space place.

Not so basic
The media could not be loaded. When i bought this AmazonBasics 78cm suitcase for myself thinking that it will like any other items of AmazonBasics only but I was wrong.I bought this suitcase in the month of January 2019 at that time I wanted to travel internationally with this suitcase but somehow my trip got cancelled.Recently i travelled from India to Canada. When I reached at the airport. At check-in counter attender asked me to lock the bag at that time I realised that this bag doesn't have dubble runner for locking the zip nor digital lock. It means my suitcase will remain open for whole journey or whenever I want to travel with this suitcase i have spend money for cellophane packing at the airport and spend 450/Rs each time if it is india or if it is in U. S. A then 200 $ everytime then only my suitcase will remain safe. Highly disappointing to have seen this design flaw in a brand that is trusted around the world.
