Healing Crystals India -Large 7 Sided Chakra Energy Generator, Reiki, 8 Stone & Quartz Crystal Pyramid

My therapist advised me to get a Chakra Healer to be kept in my living room as a lot of my issues were associated with my house. This Chakra Healer is genuine and it actually works. It will take time for things to fall in place but they will. I was told by my therapist to clean it with normal salted water once a week. You just have to dip it in water and let it be there and the next time you remember that you had to take it out, is the time that you take it out (I know it doesn't make much sense but that is how it is). I have been told that the stones degenerate and reduce in size overtime as they absorb negative energy and get used up so don't worry if you notice them getting smaller and smaller day by day. The more negative energy they absorb, the more they degenerate. That is what I have felt after using this for over four months now.Anyway, regarding the seller, I received just a small certificate about the genuineness of the chakra healer. But I didn't get any free e-book or any other sort of those things. The delivery was on time, thanks to Amazon. I will order another one again when this one is all used up and degenerated.

Very poor packaging. Fake certificate just written on card board paper. Size is too small than expected. Do not contain any healing book and name of crystals. The middle diamond crystal is of very poor. Not happy

Just received it today. Beautifully made and happy. UPDATE Now that I have had some time to use it. It does not come with instructions (ie research tips like placing the crystals in the sun for a positive charge, bringing it to a reiki master for prayer). I am a researcher. It is an obsession when I am interested in something. These crystals are beautiful but I think by not giving a little information in the box is doing a diservice to the crystal. I have used this crystal many times already, even gave used it when giving my dog a massage. I even have it on our mantle with sage, etc.

Not sure if it's made of actual crystal but center stone came cracked. Held together with lots of hot glue blobs that and thin cheap metal, if glue is removed metal is rusty. Very dull colors, fell apart after a week.

Complete misrepresentation of what customer will receive after purchase. The Certificate of Authenticity is blurred on the Amazon web page I suspect because the gems are a glass/plastic/resin material, not natural stones. The feather-like weight of the product alone indicates artificial materials. Were these stones real the product would be denser and heavier, solid and weighty. Globs of glue are all over these fake crystals, and the center glass fake quartz product simply fell right out. Balance your Chakras with authentic stones from another seller, these are clearly fake.

The picture of this item is lovely and it seemed like a great price, but what I received was much different than the photo.I liked the idea of all the rainbow colors in the stones, but the stones on the one I received were muddy in color and not the same colors as the image. The stones were also all significantly different sizes. In the picture they are all the same.The pyramid in the middle also appears to be made of plastic and is not crystal or even glass from what I can tell.When I received this, the pyramid in the middle was broken off and hard to get back into the base. I believe this was due to damaged packaging and not an issue with the item. But take note, the bottom on this is not flat, at least not on the one I received. I'm not sure why this is, but it will not lay flat.I wish I had gotten the one in the picture!!

I expected to receive the colors of crystals that I saw in the picture, specially the “Lapis Lazuli” which wasn’t one of them. And to find out that the product isn’t returnable, shame, this is misrepresentation of a product, and to think that I ordered a lot from Amazon. I leave it at your discretion to decide what should be done since I really DO NOT like the crystal colors that I have received!!
