~ There are many USB to LAN (RJ-45) adapters available starting right from 500 bucks but believe me when i say those adapters will stop working over the time, most probably after five to six months of continuous usage.~ Another downfall of cheap adapters is that most of them just aren't USB 3.0 compatible so if you have a high speed internet connection then you can expect a loss in internet speeds.~ If you use the adapter on a daily basis I suggest you go with this. It's relatively cheap when compared to other premium adapters.~ It is USB 3.0 compatible, It supports up-to 1 Gb/s.~ It also has a LED indicator on the front side.~ The wire is super strong and very durable.~ It has also got 2yrs Warranty.~ It's MacOS and Linux compatible.

The Device is working fine. Its just plug and play device, connected in few seconds only. No additional software or CD is required. Highly recommended device. I am using it on 20 MBPS connection line but planning to upgrade the same. Device is compatible up to 1GBPS speed also.

Does the job as expected. It is pure plug-n-play device with no installations. I am using it for my Macbook Air (13inch) and it works like a charm. The build quality is pretty good and has an inbuilt light which blinks to when connected. As always, Amazon delivery was spot on!

This little device came in handy for me when I needed to set up a laptop as a temporary network gateway. Having an extra network interface isn't something you need often, but when you do, there's usually no alternative. This adapter worked perfectly under Linux with no effort, and I was able to set up my machine as a bridge in no time.

Compatible with MAC and delivering the speed as expected. Plug and play as mentioned, no setup was required what so ever.In other words, was worth buying.

Good to have the Gigabit ethernet link on your 100 Mbps MacBook/Laptop/Desktop.I am too much used to Gigabit connection now and I just can't wait for the Videos and other files to load from my NAS and Gigabit comes handy there.---------------PROS---------------1. Works Great.2. TP-Link is good brand name these days.3. Build Quality is good.4. Speed is somewhere 80%-90% of full 1Gbps----------------CONS----------------1. Does not provide full 1Gbps. It is only 80-90% of it.2. Wire between the USB and Ethernet Jack is too short just in case if you need it bigger.3. Costly for the price mentioned/selling on. Would be good if it's under Rs. 600 or 700 at-least.
