Good purchase - fixed the problem.
My FICM had failed, voltage dropping immediately during cranking. Ordered this power supply board, arrived exactly on time, removed FICM and performed the board replacement surgery, installed back into truck, turned key and she fired right up as expected. Voltage does not drop during cranking any more and remains a constant 47.5 - 50.0. Thank you for the replacement power board.

Saved me a ton of money
Traveled for the holidays, spending nearly 50 hours driving over the course of 5 days (10 days total for the trip). The second to last night traveling, the check engine light came on. It was single digits outside, snowing like crazy, and still 12 hours from home - 2 hours from the hotel - when the check engine light came on. Kept driving with my 9 and 10 year old in the back seat of a 2006 Ford F-250 6L Diesel. We stopped for the night, I am hoping that the check engine light would be gone the next morning. It wasn't. Truck started up in single digit temps the next morning, and we made it home. A couple of days later tried starting it up to go get fuel and wash it - wouldn't start. It cranked, kicked out clouds of exhaust, but wouldn't start. Checked the codes with my OBDII, and it said all 8 cylinders were "low". A bit of googling and the most likely scenario was that the FICM went bad. Looking online, a number of people commented that the cost of replacing the FICM through a repair shop/dealer was as high as $1,200. Took a shot with this product at $78. It was a PITA to get the FICM out, replace the power side of the FICM, and get it back in. My 10 year old son had to help get the plugs back in to the bottom given the tight clearance and lack of visibility to plug everything back in. Once everything was re-connected, minus all the nuts and bolts, the truck fired up faster than it has since I can remember. Hopefully the replacement FICM lasts as long as the original, but very happy with the $78 price, vs a potentially $1,200 repair bill.

Dead in less than a year.
Easy to install. Initially worked fine. Lasted less than a year. Purchased December 2018. Dead May 2019. Requested diagnosis. Gave them the symptoms all leading to FICM bad. Offered to send them board so they could diagnose rather than paying Ford $150. So far they ignored. So much for lifetime warranty.
