Good item
Works like we wanted as a place to store movies for Plex. Be sure to use the cable included or a good data cable

It works but almost doesn't
The contacts are very dirty and the recessed USB C port makes it difficult for cables to stay in place. Once I bought cheaper cables it worked. Weird that I had to buy cheaper wires, but better cables have fatter plastic around their cable ends. The individual ports constantly power themselves down at inconvenient times, causing you to have to reseat the storage. Using this platform also makes boot and shutdown alot slower because Windows wants to run extra integrity checks.I've used the other brand and it works better overall, but it is $100 more.

Nice way to expand storage
This is a great tool to use to clone drives or to expand your SSD storage. I've seen and ordered M.2 enclosures before so that I can access the files and to use the drive without installing on the motherboard of a laptop or computer but this nifty device is even better. No trying to fit heatsinks into an enclosure or keeping track of little screws, just plug the card into the slot and you have instant storage. Each card is considered separate storage so each can be unmounted and replaced with another card.I've been doing some basic editing of video footage of my kids doing their sport activities and this is a sweet device that allows me to work on files and organize them by volume.Great device!

fast interface, reliable
Overall served the intention why it was purchased. Only additional advice would be to add heat sink on NVMe drives as they will get hot. Even better to place this enclosure somewhere where there is air movement / breeze.

A full featured SSD dock!
This has been a very useful tool when dealing with my large amount of SSD's. Motherboards always seem to have the m2 slots in hard to reach places. On my current computer i have to nearly take the whole thing apart to switch out the m2 SSD's. That is why this 4 SSD external doc has been so welcome. Now I can easily switch SSD's in and out without any trouble. This dock allows it to happen. As long as you keep it in a location that is calm, it will work great. That's the one thing I worry about when using this.. If a cat or dog or small human were to knock it off a table or something, it would be disastrous I fear. I do think it is pretty expensive for what it is, but when I looked at similar products I was surprised that this item is actually similar in price.Lastly, I was very happy to see that this dock supports both NVME and SATA M2 SSD's - a very welcome feature!

Randomly Disconnects and Speed <30MBs transfers on a USB SS 3.2 20G Port.
Tried several cables, made sure it was on UPS to rule out power problems. Tries several PC's, each with High Speed USB(tested with other external drives). I've found that it disconnects randomly, it also is unable to transfer more than 30MBs either direction. I also tested several M.2 Drives. :\ Really not worth the price. Also, after having used it for a bit, it's a pretty risky piece of hardware considering how easy it would be for something to snap one of the SSD's off the platform.

Great file transfer, wide compatibility, great quality
Great file transfer, wide compatibility, great quality:This product tis ideal for SSD file transferring - the transfer speeds are much faster than other models I've owned in the past, hovering between 6 and 10 Gbps depending on the SSD type. The compatibility of this product is also pretty impressive and you can work between NVMe and SATA without running into communication issues between the device and the SSDs. The product's physical makeup is also pretty advanced - the heat dissipation is impressive and the ventilation slots are effective at preventing overheating, even during larger transfers. The product has so far lived up to its plug and play claim and works great with windows and linux (haven't tried with a mac yet).Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.
