This combination is powerful in supporting or waking up the immune system. The capsules are large but easy to swallow, so no problem. The recommended dosage is 4 per day which is the only down side of this product, but that is more of a slight inconvenience than a problem. For me, I only take 1 or 2 each day to keep myself healthy and feeling resilient. If I am having concerns about allergies or feel like I am coming down with something, I am super thankful to have such a powerful ally in my quest to keep my health. Totally worth it when my health is on the line.

I started taking these Liposomal Immune Supplements back in August 2024 and this is my second time purchasing.I really like them they have the selenium in them as well as zinc,Vitamin D3 and also liposomal vitamin C!They also have an antiviral support blend red Marine algae, olive leaf, garlic extract immune support complex, echinacea organic blueberry, skin and tissue support and Llysine!I was taking a lot of other supplements separately so I like that it's all together.You supposed to take four but I only take two a day and if I feel like I might need an extra I will take an extra two.The quite large but because they're gel capsules they are easy to swallow.I recommend these they help with energy and especially now when a lot of people are getting sick I'm very grateful that my immune system is fantastic! I am definitely going to buy them again!

This a wonderful!I have CAEBV and these contain everything I need supplement wish to keep it at bay. Pretty large if you have issues swallowing pills but otherwise very affective!

Large pill but easy to swallow. Doesn’t upset my stomach like most supplements do. I’ve only taken it for a few weeks (hence the 4 stars), but it seems to be more gentle than my previous supplement so I will continue taking it. Good value for the money.
