I take one pill in the morning and one at night. These have helped considerably with my lower back pain, caused by an overuse injury from running I expect. I pretty much have no pain, where prior to taking these I had a constant ache, which could be worse depending on my position. Reducing my pain could possibly not be good if I should be trying to reduce the pain by actually healing the underlying problem, but who wants that?I gave these 4 stars because I had actually bought them for my dog, as I have read about Curcumin's benefits for cancer. He has a soft tissue sarcoma, which was removed, but has begun to grow back. The hope was for these to either help shrink the regrowth, or to at least stop further growth, which I can't tell it has helped any. Of course this was a long shot as there's not really much out there's supporting the claims that Curcumin will do anything. I give him two pills in the morning and two pills at night. He does seem more energetic and mobile, so at least I know it's helping him with any pain/discomfort. I would buy these again, I actually tried to the other day, but they were out of the larger size bottle. I think the smaller bottle is a bit too expensive and we would go through it too fast.

How do you really know if a product works? I've used a few bottles of this and am not sure if it works but I continue to take it because of the benefits of turmeric. I do feel good, have energy, and feel like some of the things listed as benefits for turmeric are there. I haven't had a life altering effect to this so I am not rating a five star but do feel some improvement, which is possibly coincidental. This product does have a high quantity of the good stuff, which is hopefully honest. If so, this is worth while. I purchased this product on sale but have used Tru Organics before, which seemed good but didn't have as high of a count of the curcuminoids. It would be nice if this was organic. Maybe one day they will offer organic.

I did quite a bit of research before choosing this brand, it seems expensive if you are doing a quick search but in truth it costs less than $10 a month since you only need to take 1 a day (everything I read suggested that 750mg a day is sufficient and so 1 capsule is close enough) and there are 120 capsules per bottle. I have been taking this on the recommendation of my doctor for inflammation and while I do notice small changes in some of the everyday aches and pains, I am especially aware of how much better I have been sleeping since taking it. I have only been supplementing with this for about 3 weeks and I have been told you really need to give it a couple of months to really notice the results. Luckily this bottle will last a full 4 months so I will find out. I also received a follow-up email from Nutridosha about a week after the product was delivered which I thought was nice.

this stuff WORKS! it is a powerful combo, the extracted curcuminoid concentrate augmented with the piperine to increase bioavailability of the curcuminoids, I take one in the morning and one in the evening and it provides solid pain/stiffness relief during waking hours. recommended highly. I have arthritis in my spine/sciatica/spondy w/SI joint dysfunction, and normally I am crippled-up from that but this preparation enables me to be upright ambulatory without the normal pain/stiffness/sharp twinges. previous to this preparation, I needed up to 3200mg. ibuprofen daily, but not anymore. a note of caution, it should be taken with food without fail, take it just once on an empty stomach and you won't do that again! also, the piperine contained in this preparation also increases the bioavailability of many other things such as Viagra, so if you take things like Tylenol and Viagra, consult your doctor or do your research first before taking this stuff.EDIT [may 2, 2016] - this stuff is still medicinal magic :)EDIT [September 19, 2018]- ditto. :)

It’s hard to find pure 95% extract turmeric with this high amount of active curcuminoids. The majority of turmeric supplements only have a small percentage of extracts and the rest is plain turmeric. This is important because our bodies have a tough time absorbing turmeric. So, having pure extract is around 20 times more potent and absorbable than plain turmeric.This one definitely works for me. It helps keep the inflammation down which helps with aches and pains. Works great for the occasional headaches! My girlfriend says it really helps with menstrual cramps as well.

I was a bit skeptical before buying this product, 2 months prior I had just had a double cervical fusion and was still having some pain and discomfort. My wife had done some research on the benefits of tumeric so I gave it a shot, before taking it I mentioned it to my neurosurgeon who told me "give it a try and let me know the results after a couple of weeks" after just one week I noticed a big difference, and after the 2nd day I had completly stopped taking my pain medication, my neck felt loose and almost free of pain. Now I am realistic and know that pain at some level will always persist in my cervical area but this product has really helped me out. Ordering my second bottle today!
