I was wanting to purchase this Hoverboard scooter again, but in the color red
I have no complaints about a hover board scooter. I bought for my hover board. I was wanting to get another one just like the black one I bought button in the color red and I’m having a problem with my orders I can’t seem to change the color to red so I don’t have two black ones, I want the exact same kind that I bought with the springs in the back and 265 pound raining I believe it was for adults also

Great!
After reading all of the 1 star ratings I was a bit hesitant. BUT! I got one anyway. I have 2 hover boards lying around that no one uses any more... I figured this would be a fun way to get some more use out of at least 1 of them. Item was brand new not used like so many seemed to have gotten. Works as advertised. I weigh 200 lbs. Weight limit on box says 250. This thing really moves! One can really get the performance out of this option! Great fun! I may get a second one!

Tire shakes
It works great but I can't get the front wheel to stop shaking when it goes forward.

The company is impossible to reach and they don't fulfill on their warranty
My son purchased the Aero hoverboard and Jetkart 2.0 got cart attachment the end of December with money he had been saving for a long time to be able to get this. He loved it when he first got it and I am sure still would if the Jetkart seat had not boke on the third time he rode it (also the beeping when getting close to max speed drove him nuts). Given the weather he had not rode it more. As soon as it broke I reached out to amazon who he ordered it through to see about getting the seat returned we were a day outside the amazon return window. Amazon was great they collected information from me on it and reached out to jetson on it however given the serial number on the Jetson product did not match their system Amazon was not able to completely help me but they got me the correct contact info and were great on following up I feel amazon did everything they could on it. However on the other hand I have been un impressed with Jetson. I reached out and spoke with a support person there that overall was nice filled out all the warranty info and claim request info they requested with pictures and all and was told on 2/9 that it would be no problem to fix it the seat was covered under the 1 year warranty and a new one would be provided. we are at a month later no replacement seat has been provided. On 3/5 I received an email saying the seat was out of stock and they would provided a credit to be spent on another one well all of there jetkart systems are now all sold out. I have spent multiple hour on their call in line to just be disconnected. and never get to speak with anyone. If it was possible I would give Jetson as a company zero stars . I would like to thank the amazon rep that has attempted to help with this in the beginning she was very helpful.

Well Made
Well made but it takes time to get used to. Practice on a empty parking lot or basketball court. Keep an eye on the straps. They are velcro straps so they will get loose over time. Be Safe.
