I like it better than OsteoBioFlex It has collagen but no hc acid I forgot what the acid is called. You give up the acid for collagen, but seems to work better than Osteobioflex. Be carefull osteobioflex has two different ones, one basic and one more advanced with 5 loxin joint shield. If you decide to compare them. About same price. I have now permanently switched to Flex-5

I have been taking Osteo Biflex for my knees for quite some time. The naproxen sodium just wasn't doing the job by itself. I had wonderful results with the Osteo Biflex, But that stuff is pretty expensive. I decided to save some money and try this stuff out. I have been taking two at a time, even though you are only supposed to take one at a time, and my knees still hurt. As soon as I finish this monster sized bottle of Flex-5, I'll be forking out more money to go back to a product that works better for me. This has been my experience, yours may differ.

At first I was not happy with it but you have to give it time after about 2 weeks , I started noticing a difference . The best way to find out if it helping you or not , stoping taking It for about 3 days and boy did I notice a difference and now back on it twice a day . I really appreciate your concern about how I was feeling

I liked it because its formula seems more complete than others, but I have no tried it yet.

The seller was great. On time. But the product was awful. The product has Blue #1 alum lake coating. It has the worst smell, so industrial or such. I took it twice and the smell came up into my mouth for quite some time. I tried using them by washing off the coating of blue, but it permeates the whole pill. I figure it's the blue smelling and tasting so bad, as it wasn't as strong when washed off. But they are totally unusable and now I can't afford anything else as this was to last a few months and my funds are limited.

My son tells me that it's a great product and that it works great.
