The end pieces of the track were not pre-drilled as indicated in the instructions and droop. I don’t see any way to request new end pieces. Debating on returning or using the brackets under the track to support the ends instead.

We got these to create sliding barn doors for a close and they work wonderfully. They were easy to install, are very solid and handle the weight of the doors easily, and the farmhouse style fits perfectly around the house. Great quality for a fraction of the cost you'll spend at the hardware store.

I advise having two people for the install. It isn't that hard to install and is rather nice once you get it set up. Comes in small pieces but it is important you get a straight level line all the way across or the doors don't work quite right. You need a solid header above the door, the instructions say you can just screw it into the studs but it causes it to sag a bit over time even with a ledger board.

The bar comes in sections. No support at ends and sags. The joints where the lag bolt goes also doesn’t stiffing up joint sufficiently. Poor design

I have a covered deck where the underneath is used to store crab pots, shrimp pots and more! I need to keep the space secure but need easy access as well. With the opening, it is a corner on one end and a concrete wall on the other. There is no room for a sliding door and a bi-pass closes down the opening. This hardware enables me to make a barn door that will bi-fold open up against the concrete wall and allow full access to the entire opening! A wonderful solution that will look awesome as well. The hardware is solid, heavy, and robust. I will be using it in an exterior application though, so will likely spray it with an additional coat of black.

This is not working out so far, I received duplicate parts. And I received mismatched parts. Which is a major inconvenience in finishing a reno. Time is money, this cost money. I'm losing time, and money. Will update soon

unclear instructions, design of bars makes it difficult to have a straight line, no end stops so I need to build something, too much time spent trying to adjust/correct, very frustrating and disappointing, still working on trying to adjust so that the finished product looks somewhat acceptable

The 5 price track is pure garbage. No way to support the ends where the door actually hangs. Don't waste your money or time on this.
