3500x iCUE version
Purchased the iCUE version in black to replace my C70, Unlike the model T, this case also comes in white. I had the H115i RGB and wanted more fans and a case to display them better. The 3 pack of the fans for the iCUE is around $100 by itself, for $30 more get the case, No brainer. The cable management with the iCUE ecosystem is nice, Minimal cables visible. The back side cable is easy to route and as long as you don't have more than one 3.5inch drive the iCUE controller has its spot. They should have included double sided tape. The magnet on the controller is not strong. The fans are nice and not loud in balanced mode, but extreme mode can get noisy with all the fans on high. But unless you are stressing the system you do not need the fans running full speed. This system can have Ten 120mm fans or eight combo of 120mm and 140mm (two 140mm top, two 140mm side, one 140mm bottom, one 120mm rear, and two 120mm above PSU). and the case has 3 removable filters, the top and the side are magnetic and easy to remove and clean and the third bottom slides out for ease of cleaning. The side fans installed are set intake and I installed bottom 12mm as intake also, the rear and the top are set to exhaust, the system stays cool.If you want to get into the iCUE ecosystem and want a nice case, I do recommend it. Also, if made after January 2025 it comes with GPU bracket to prevent sag and damage to PCIe slot.CONS :The GPU sag bracket blocks 4 of the SATA ports on my ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II motherboard. But SATA 1 and 2 are available

Amazing case, top tier quality
This review is for the CORSAIR 3500X in white color variation.I purchased this case to replace an old Phanteks Enthoo Evolv TG that I've had for 8 years. My goal was to modernize the look and to have a black and white/grey aesthetic. I also wanted to improve some of the airflow and reduce the total weight of the PC.The build quality of the 3500X is excellent especially taking price into consideration. I purchased mine during the holiday sales but even at the retail price, I think it is a good value.Panel removal is toolless. However, to remove the side panels, I do think it is necessary to first remove the top panel first. The front panel can be removed if you can wedge a fingernail in between the glass and frame but isn't difficult.I am impressed at the rigidity of the frame and design. The back of the motherboard side has plenty of room and tie down locations for cables. Since the side is solid, I didn't bother to do any cable management. I just tucked excess cables in the power supply chamber. There is plenty of support for fans and radiators.Aesthetically this is a great looking case to me, and it looks like a quality case. I like the fish tank style case look without having the fish tank style case width. This case is perfect for my requirements because my desk does not have the room for a wide case. The tempered glass panels are crystal clear that helps to do a "show" build. The glass is so clear that I didn't bother to remove them in my pictures. There are some slight reflections in my pictures that appear as smudges. This case is only a little bit wider than a typical mid tower ATX case yet still have side and front tempered glass with cable room behind the motherboard. The only thing I don't like about the appearance, is the blank power supply cover/chamber. It is especially noticeable in the white color, looking like a blank piece of paper. I feel like it might look better if they perforated the power supply cover with the repeating "Y" pattern like the back of the case. I didn't reduce my rating for this because it is a personal preference with the looks.Overall, I really like the value for what you get. The quality is high, and it looks really nice. The only downside is there is no included manual. It is not difficult to build in this case if you have some experience building PC's, but for a novice or first-time builder I would recommend watching some builder videos, mainly to get an idea of optimal fan and radiator placement. Also, a note for novices is to pay attention to use the right screws. The smallest/finest threaded screws are for the 2.5-inch SSD drive mounting. The mid-sized (rounded head) screws are for the motherboard and radiator mounting to the case frame. The long bolt screws are for mounting fans to the bottom of the case. There are "normal" fan screws (short flat head with bigger threads). This is where a manual would have been helpful.Noteworthy components used in my build are the AsiaHorse AMICI-5GT fans. https://a.co/d/8Vc85pzPictured in this review are the white and black 120mm fans. The white (bottom and side) fans are reverse flow versions.

Simple but beautiful case (both in classic black and crisp, stylish white)
Got the white ARGB version of this for my wife and love how it turned out and how easy it was to build in. When my case had unforeseen issues soon after, I decided to get the black iCue Link version when it went on sale to match hers, and I absolutely LOVE it!The case is roomy enough to build in for its size, airflow seems adequate (see explanation below) , and it looks incredible when set up with RGB. My only primary complaint is build quality feels a little flimsy, but it’s not like I’m moving the thing around a lot or making constant changes to the build. Other than that, it doesn’t try to do too much, but what it tries to do, it does well for the price!I will attach pictures of both the white ARGB and black iCue Link builds! For reference, I took the included RX120 fans in the black case and swapped them with the QX120 fans that came on my h150i 360mm AIO cooler, since the RX fans have better static pressure for a rad (and the QX fans look better as case fans).Note about my airflow comment: I will never understand all cases refusing to include a rear exhaust fan, but that’s not a knock on this case… just the industry as a whole. Back to this case, I came from a case with a lot more options for 140mm vs this with just one (not including the top exhaust where my 360mm rad goes), so the airflow felt slightly limited at first but good enough. However, once I got a 140mm intake at the bottom, it’s essentially the same CFM airflow as my old one, and it cools beautifully now! Can’t hate on the case too much if the expansion options make up for what the “default” configuration lacks, just wanted to mention it.
