Q: what is the lenght of the net?

Good for bait fish, but the quality is bad. My net already has a few holes, my is minimum used only 6 or 7 times. I try to look for other brand.

Q: Why is the same cast net only $37.54 at Walmart?

Definitely don’t carry this net at Walmart. You’re comparing apples to oranges and most likely a 4’ 3/8” or 1/2” mesh junker net with plastic weights to a 6’ 3/16”(113 square feet of 3/16” mesh… that’s a lot of mesh) net. You can’t make this net for $37 even if you sewed it yourself.
