3-Pack WiFi Temperature Humidity Sensor: Wireless Temperature Humidity Monitor with App Alert, Free Data Storage Export, Smart Indoor Thermometer Hygrometer Compatible with Alexa Google Assistant

This sensor connects automatically to SmartLife app which I already use for several plugs and scent diffuser. The sensor is within +/- 5deg of others sensors I use to monitor the humidity in my crawl space.

Purchased this to monitor a chest freezer in a detached garage. It works as expected, but it goes through batteries pretty quickly. I keep a set of rechargeable AAA batteries charged up so I can quickly change out the batteries when needed (about once a week).

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased this unit from "SENCKIT" on Aug 21. By Dec 6th - it completely stopped working. I won't again buy from this company.For the 3 months & 1 week that it DID work - i had it in our bedroom and it appeared reliable - but i had to change batteries every month.Then on December 6th - my Senckit Temp Sensor simply stopped. Not a clue why.What do i mean by "stopped"? When i ask, "Alexa, what's the temperature in the bedroom?"Alexa says, "Bedroom isn't responding. Try checking its network connection and power supply."So i fired up my bluetooth & ran through all the "Fix Protocol" as follows:i remove and reinsert the two AAA batteries. That doesn't work.I press & hold the little reset button for 5 seconds. While it's held down it lights steady Red; and after 5 seconds when i let go - the light goes off.So i press & hold for 10 seconds. When i let go - it stays ON / steady red.It never blinks; it only stays on steady - and during this time, never any connection to Tuya app.Similar attempts with the "Smart Life" app, and the Senckit Temp Sensor doesn't connect there either.I tried new batteries. No dice there, either.I tried double-clicking the reset button - that didn't work.I tried changing the WiFi network. Nope!I asked around in this page's "Customer Questions & Answers" area - and i got NOTHING. Not from Customers; not from the manufacturer 'Senckit'.Ultimately - i threw my Senckit Temp Sensor in the trash where it belongs (glad i remembered first to rescue my fresh AAA batteries!)Learn from my mistake! I wish i'd not wasted my money on Senckit's plastic junk! :(

I use this in my hobby greenhouse to run my exhaust fan. I set the program to start and stop the fan at a certain temperature through Alexa. It also alarms me if temperature gets too hot. My petunias are much more compact because of the temperature control.

These are very easy to set up using the SmartLife app and appear to be accurate. I have had them about four months an only one has a dead battery so far. I didn't realize it but the app will allow for push notifications when the battery is getting low.Now for the bad part. I purchased these because of their advertised ability to integrate with Alexa. Which they do... sort of... First of all, it wasn't as easy as it should be to connect them to Alexa; but aside from that, the temperature/humidity sensors only report the humidity to Alexa. Not what I needed out of them for controlling other devices based on temperature of a room. Re-linking the skill proved fruitless.The SmartLife app will allow for creating "scenes" to do what I would like, however the app's ability appears to be limited to controlling only other SmartLife devices. What it will do is allow you to do is send a message to your phone. Still not ideal and still takes automation out of the equation.

Works great

The sensor was easy to connect and reporting is reliable. However, the accuracy is horrible, the difference between these sensors and pretty much every other thermometer I have is at least 4 degrees (I even placed them next to each other to make sure nothing is else interferes with the measurements). Unfortunately, couldn't find the way to calibrate it or enter the correction in the app. Regret buying.

Funciona muy bien, es fácil de configurar. Conecta directo con el wifi. Si pudiera cambiar el periodo de muestreo le daría 5 estrellas. Aunque consuma más batería.
