I selected this home Alarm for my shed, and it is perfect. The instructions were easy to follow, and the setup was done in minutes. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can keep my shed secure. The kit included a loud siren that would alert anyone nearby if there was an unauthorized entry or if someone tried to tamper with the windows. The remote control feature is convenient for arming and disarming from a distance. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple but effective alarm system.

I haven't tried setting up the alarm system yet, but in this political climate? Yeah, I'm pretty glad we have something like this just in case! It'll be a great addition to our Ring doorbell. I think they also have some inexpensive surveillance cameras that we're interested in as well.

I have been thinking for some time trying to decide what would be a good security device for the garage window on the blind side of my house facing the similarly blind wall of my neighbor. I wanted something simple, without additional wiring and a different way of alarming me (and, hopefully, my neighbor😊) of a potential break-in, than an alert sent to my phone. When I saw this burglar alarm system I thought I'd give it a try. Setting it up was easy. It paired with the Tuya IOT app already installed on my phone without a problem. The only thing this alarm cannot guarantee is that it never would wake me up in the middle of the tight😊. No one promised the life is easy.

I wanted to upgrade my alarm system by combining two separate backup systems into one, and I wanted to gain notifications that my alarm was triggered -- this alarm system provided me with what I needed. It comes with two motion sensors, two door sensors, two remotes, an extremely loud siren, and an app that notifies you when the alarm is armed, disarmed, and triggered.I like everything about the alarm hardware. The motion sensors have good sensitivity -- similar to my main system (which this one overlaps). Range, like other PIR sensors, depends upon size and speed of motion. On average, these detect about 20 feet away. The door/window sensors are actually of really, really good design. Unlike other sensors that trigger when the magnetic field is absent and turns off when the field is re-established, these trigger when there is a change in the magnetic field. The advantage is that if you have an unusual door jamb like mine and cannot put the sensor and magnet within 1/4" of each other, that's okay -- simply put the sensor and the magnet in a location where one will pass by the other when the door opens and the sensor will trigger from the "change." The sensor also does not "shut off" like other sensors just because the door/window is closed (with the burglar inside).All of the sensors and the remotes have antennas to extend their range. In my home the main unit (the siren) is about 50 feet from each device, through multiple walls and none of the sensors need to have their antennas extended for the main unit to pick up the signal. However, I do extend the antennas to increase reliability of the signal.The siren is LOUD! I placed it such that it can be heard from outside the house, and wow it is loud!The app is pretty basic, and the only item that is sort of disappointing. But again, it does what I need it to do: notify me when the alarm is armed, disarmed, and triggered. It lists my sensors, but does not tell me which sensor was triggered, so setting home/away zones is tedious. My main alarm system tells me which of its sensors was triggered, but it does not have an app for remote operation. I do really like that there is no service fee for basic service, unlike a monitored alarm system.Overall this is a great alarm system for the price! An excellent basic alarm system that would be sufficient for an apartment or smaller house, or serve as a backup system for a larger house.

I spent several hours trying to get this system to work. It would do the pairing but would never fully arm. Trying to add the device to the software was impossible. Never detected and even trying to add it manually failed. Very disappointing with this system.

This is an odd System. It feels like it is stuck in the past but with some new tech.With the system you get:-2 Motion Detection Sensors-2 Door / Window contact Sensors-2 Remote controls that can activate the Alarm / Horn-1 Alarm / MegaphoneAll of the pieces are MUCH larger than comparable items from other companies. They also look like they are straight out of 1990s or early 2000s. They look bizarre and old and cheap. BUT they DO WORKThey have antennas and are big. For contact sensors, its a pain to have these large sizes. The motion sensors are enormous (about the size of a small phone) compared to ones I have from other companies that are about the size of a quarterThe sensors do work well though and integrate with Tuya / Smart Home easily. To me, those are the best part of this set but should be about half the price.Perhaps some people may like the antennas. I'm assuming the remotes can activate the alarms without WiFi. I didn't test that before I had it all set up so I'm not sure.Overall, I think this set is outdated and overpriced. It has some nice tech and sensors but they are HUGE compared to competing products. I do like that they work with a standard app like Tuya and Alexa and Google Home. It is an OK system and if you want the horn / alarm, that adds to the value. It is a strange system but it does work and works pretty well. With quite a few caveats, I would recommend
