Don't ignore the 1 star reviews!Despite being wrapped in a thousand layers of bubble wrap and the package seemingly undamaged, the frame fell into 3 BROKEN peices once open. My fault, I read the reviews and gleefully ignored the warnings. Cheap and weighs nothing. For 30 odd quid with shipping... If you're reading this, this isn't worth the risk or the money, even if it came in one peice. Look elsewhere, look on a different site even!

Lovely frame, delivery was great, very lightweight, seems sturdy enough.Down side:- I'd ordered the 12x10 and the area where the picture will be seen is 11.5x9.5 inches. The description states the measurements are the inner section. I wasn't expecting to be hidding quarter of an inch on all sides of the picture. Luckily for what I'm doing with it makes no difference to me, for those that want to put a family picture in or whatever, make sure people aren't near the edges or you will cut them off...

The product is reasonably attractive, but mine arrived with one of the four corners of the frame (made out of whatever this styrofoam/plastic material is) already broken apart. Customer service was prompt to send a replacement which was appreciated for sure but I would much rather have received a refund and purchased something else. If you so much as look at this frame the wrong way it cracks apart. The weakness is in the corner joints, short staples holding an infirm and brittle material. If the corners were better joined I would immediately say the product is worthwhile as a cheap yet attractive option, but until that is true I would steer clear.

Perfect for what I wanted and a really good price. I bought a 24x36 inch poster sized frame and it arrived next day, undamaged and it looks great. Easy to hang on the single hook already fitted as it’s so lightweight, no picture wire required. I read some bad reviews but took a chance, ignore the bad reviews, if it arrives damaged then that’s down to the delivery company and you’d get an exchange no problem. It looks great on my wall and does not look cheap at all. See pic

The pic is how it came to me open at the bottom it’s just a wooden frame and backing there is no Perspex in the frame I am not happy with this item will be returning for a full refund,

Amazing picture frames. Super light. Looks just like the real deal, the 'glass' looks just like real glass.Only minor problem was the poster frame being so bit it was hard to handle, but I blame that on it's size and not at all the quality. They're hanging proudly on my wall and I would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Engineered Wood? Feels like plastic. Glass? More like perspex. Save your money. Could have got far better (and cheaper) in places like B&M or Wilco.

Very nice picture frame. Sent to me very quickly. The frame looks, to me, more chunky than in the picture but still pleasing. It sets off nicely my picture postcard of the hospital that I worked at before retirement. The perspex sheet has a layer of film over it which should be peeled off (I always forget to do this and have to be reminded by my hubby). I am pleased with this frame and the price is attractive and reasonable too.
