Good helmet, comfortable. Headset fits perfectly. I live in a state with a absolutely oppressive sun. The drop downs nice to have in this situation. Double up the drop down and a dark visor. Only a dark visor wouldn't be enough here.

At this price point this helmet is feature packed.The drop down tinted visor. The locking face shield. Double D ring fastening. The list goes on. ECE testedThis helmet delivers on all of those. The only downside being to pack the helmet full of these features the budget is going pretty thin. First time I put the helmet on the strap end securement snap broke off. The padding is removable but it doesn't like to be put back in. And the in helmet communications routing options are limited. The helmet lets in more wind noise even with all vents closed than my previous 60 dollar dot helmet.As a whole this helmet is an absolute upgrade from my previous and I am extremely happy with my choice to purchase this helmet. The wind noise and instant breakage of parts upon use of the product does make me feel the docking of a star is warranted.

I have been riding around with a Shoei X-11 for about 20 years. Great helmet. But also very expensive to replace.I don't ride track - and this Scorpion helmet with its updated safety features, flip down sun shade, and adaptability for any Bluetooth kit... it's great. Exactly what I needed. And at a price my wife wouldn't kill me over.Yes - Noisier than a more expensive helmet. But for $0.25 worth of ear plugs... and not flying down the road at 90-100 mph... I don't need all that.Also - not a ton of interior air flow.Fit and finish are really nice - way above my expectations for this price point. About 3.5 lbs.Tried several other brands - some up to the $700 range - this is the helmet that I kept.$170!?!? - Very pleased.Well done Scorpion.
