I recently purchased this stand-alone air conditioner, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. I read the instructions 3 times to make sure I was operating the ac unit correctly. It came to me not charged and over heats. I have a room about 400 square feet and I can’t get it cooler than 90 degrees

Good high quality product. Only problem it is tripping my breaker.

It has a small footprint, simple and practical operation, and has a heating function, I think it is very cost-effective, which is the right choice.

I don’t know why it does like a car where it gets quiet and then fires back up and is noisy and it does it constantly.

Love this air conditioner and heater. I purchased for my sun room. Works great, noise is quite, adjusts easily in my room, easy to assemble and great temperature control.

First, the item shows up with a broken window kit. So that delayed getting the unit going. Once I did receive the kit, the remote wasn’t responding anymore. What’s worse, now that I’ve waited 5 extra days for the window assembly kut to arrive, the machine blows air. The 300 sq ft room stayed at 81 degrees for over an hour before I gave up and went to a box fan for better circulation. To top it off, customer service says I need a pipe that draws hot air into the unit from outside, to make cold air. When I tell them all pieces are present, they insist now they didn’t send enough parts. First, the product description speaks nothing of drawing air in, second, it only describes an exhaust system. Needless to say I’m disappointed that my intelligence has been insulted at this point with back and forth needless customer service emails.STAY AWAY!

This is cooling my apartment very well. Noise level is comfortable.

So far everything is going well: the hook up for the hose and window not extremely a perfect fit but with some adjustments and tapering it’s going well

(May 7) update 2: seller has issued a full refund without return.I appreciate their prompt attention to the problem.(May 6) update 1: seller has offered a small amount to get it fixed, or free return shipping. Still negotiating.This neither heats nor cools, just blows room temperature air around the room. Waiting to hear back from seller, but fear it's a waste of $600 and another summer of cooking in 34C heat. This senior can't afford to keep buying useless products. purchased April 21

I have a very old house. Furnace was replaced to base board electric so central air us not an option. As an old house it is also has some odd shapes with additions. I would have preferred window ac as I have in 2 other rooms but living room windows are swing out hing style. That is why a portable with vent tube is the only option in that room. Selected this model for a few reasons. Wifi was nice but timer was essential. It said it has a continuous drain option but on install manual says it only works with dehumidifier mode. The drain for the on board water collection is super low to the ground. This makes moving the unit to drain a pain. I will have to figure a better way to plumb a drain hose. Supplied hose is very short. I might make a 2 foot stand to place it on so I can have it stay in place and drain into a bucket. Thats why a timer is important so I dont leave it running and have it over flow a drain bucket. But boy does this unit cool down my living room. A bit noisy but this is all ac units. No one seems to make a quiet fan.

Easy to setup works great and the wifi and app all excellent I turn it on 1/2 before I come home and it nice and cool in my apartment well worth the money
