The pills are really easy to swallow and got my iron level up to normal in just 2 weeks. I will continue taking them for a while until my red blood cell levels are stable. No stomach problems from these pills. A good value too.

Iron tablets they are effective in help not be so tired all the time. There easy to sallow and there easy on the stomach.

Great product and good amount for your money. I have to take them for low iron and restless legs. And I can tell a big difference if I miss the dose.

I received blood work results recently. My iron rose 3 points and is almost normal finally, after years of it being chronically low. I take it on an empty stomach, wait an hour and eat a high protein, low sugar meal while avoiding egg yolks and tannins. I also take it with a few other supplements and they complement each other well. It took a few months, will update in 6 months if need be. I'll definitely keep taking these. Slight smell and taste that goes away quickly. Great value for the price. No stomach issues with it either.

The description on this thing says it's a coated tablet. I don't think that's accurate. There isn't a coating that I can detect. In fact, that's the one gripe I have with this product, that it has an immediate metallic flavor the instant it hits my mouth. And then the same after-taste that last for several minutes. That didn't happen with my prior iron supplement (which was definitely coated to prevent the bad taste). Anyway, I'm sure it performs fine as an iron supplement. I'll continue to use the rest of the bottle. But will probably look for a coated option next time.

No issues with h pills. Increased my iron. Seem to have more energy.
