this is just too cute. it is a great play set for toddlers and young children. it creates endless fun and we love that it is different than the usual food set (fruits, veggies, etc.) the sushi is quite unique! would recommend!

Cute, small sushi play set
My son has a very diverse (and full) play kitchen, but he didn't have a sushi set! We were really excited to receive this. We love the velcro attachments and all of the little details. The pieces are very lightweight and feel a bit cheap, which is why I took 1 star away. My son has no complaints, though.

Good quality
This sushi set is good quality plastic that doesn't bend easily. The colors are right and vivid. These wipe down easily and hold up well to lots of play.

Cheap material
The kids didn’t mind but these are made with really cheap plastic.

So much fun! My son is still so interested in this sushi play set.
It's been almost two weeks since my son has received this pretend sushi playset and he is still so interested in it. I think it helps that he legit loves sushi and that we have been to many restaurants in which he can observe how its run and can imitate what he has observed. We have intermittently played "sushi restaurant" lately, especially with him either taking the order in person or via phone. He then pretends to be the chef and "makes" the sushi. Then he presents them to us. Then it happens all over again for at about 30 minutes. Although it's repetitive, he learns a LOT!This set is also pretty complete with what is mainly served in sushi restaurants without the sides (like edamame, soup, salad, tea, mochi, ramen, etc). However, it still is a pretty good set that gets the job done for a kid to learn how a restaurant is run.Overall a pretty great set!

Star of the show
We don't typically eat sushi so this was a fun set to learn and play with. Plastic is lightweight and durable.
