Summer started early in Texas this year, and I needed a way to augment my central ac. This Fioge portable ac/fan is doing a terrific job. Bedtime is now cool and comfortable for a full 8 hours. The unit feels solidly built and was easy to set up and start using. The remote control makes adjustments convenient. The compact size and handy strap make it easy for me to take from room to room when I need it. I'm pleased with this cool solution to the Texas summer heat.

I’d ordered a smaller version of one of these before from a different brand, and it worked ok, but not great, and the reservoir didn’t hold as much water and was at the bottom of the unit. This one holds about 6 cups of water and the reservoir is at the top so it’s easier to add ice to it. Plus it runs longer. It does a little better job of cooling, too. You definitely want to keep it close to you for maximum cooling. I also like how the colored light is smaller and not as bright as the other, which makes it better for sleeping next to it at night. I’ve been running it almost nonstop since I got it 3 weeks ago and so far it’s running great!

I’m pretty disappointed. My AC is temporarily out so I thought I’d try a little portable unit. My house is quite small so I thought I’d definitely only need one but it’s getting hot rapidly where I live so I purchased two thinking I could put one in my bedroom and living room to keep it nice and cool until my AC is fixed.Good thing I got two because I have both of them jamming as high , as “cold” , as they can go … both right next to each other right in front of me and their collective “coolness” is about the same as a very small fan blowing on a super hot day. I even used ice waterI didn’t expect a whole lot, but I did expect at least something cooler than lukewarm ceiling fan “cool” air, especially with two units… going at once! They arrived today and I’ll likely return both of them and just use my ceiling fan.The lights are pretty though.

My son and I just got home from a 3 night camp where we slept in our tent. Texas summers are no joke and this kept us cool all night! I added room temp water to the tank and ran it on medium speed all night. It was quiet and worked like it was supposed to. I like that it has several options for fan speed, misting and colors. The cord is a great length and remote is a bonus!

My A/C went out; received this the day after ordering.It works quickly, is quiet and easily portable.The only reason I didn't give it a 5star, was because it seemed to run out of water faster than I thought it should.The next time I put in ice cubes and more water and it lasted well through the night.

My bedroom is 83 degrees during summer days in Florida because it used to be garage and doesn't have proper insulation, even with the bedroom door open and the rest of the house literally being 5-10 degrees cooler when I step outside the bedroom door. Yet I still want to work at my desktop in here, and this AC fan has allowed me to do that very comfortably! I don't sweat at all anymore when I'm sitting here with only the machine at a level 1 fan (out of 3) and level 1 cool (out of 2). I do have to fill it up every few days with tap water (and I add ice to it as well but it still cools you off well without ice), and I use it maybe for about 4 hours a day on average, but that's a very easy task to just pour it in and shut the lid. When the level 1 or 2 cooling button is on, it adds a light cold mist to the fan blowing, which works so perfectly because it's not like theme park mist that makes you damp/wet. My glasses, face and right arm that it's blowing at stays dry and only feels cold! Keep in mind, this does not actually lower the temperature in the room, and it has to be blowing at you from a close proximity to have the desired effects. Because of this, the remote is not necessary, but still nice to have. But if you're hot at your desk or sitting down somewhere, it's perfect. It's only a little annoying that it defaults to turning on with the colorful party lights (that at least you can turn off) and at the lowest settings, so it doesn't save your settings when you turn it off and on. I'm still really impressed and happy with this product!

Bought this portable air conditioner cause the summer bills in Phoenix are crazy. Anyway just a shout out about this one. Not only does it have a cool looking light around the top perimeter but it holds a lot of water and ice. I set the settings all the way up to high speeds and the coldest settings and it lasts all night long. Maybe better than 8 hours straight without filling up again. I love the remote that comes with it and the dog that shoots out is pretty cool too. It also has a lever to aim it directionally and that's a plus cause you can have it hit you where you're sweating the most to bring down that body temperature real quick. Money well spent and would make a great gift to all your loved ones too
