Ordered to go on one of the many whitewashed walls in my holiday home to add some colour.It comes folded in a bag so does need to be hung over something for a couple of days to get the creases to fall out.The colours are muted tones rather than eye popping but still look nice, as if you were looking through a window at the view !Personally I would prefer to have had some eyelets or a hem to thread something through to fit it. It is lightweight but I cannot just use drawing pins as suggested in 100 year old plaster/brick.Hope this helps ……

This wall hanging fabric is beautiful. The colours are a true representation of those seen in the listing. The fabric, however, is rather thin. Nonetheless, it feels strong enough and does not stretch when you pull it. It is very light, so is easy to hang up and move about.Although the near-sheerness accentuates the ghost-like mists among the trees in the forest, you will need to take care to hang it against a plain, neutral background because any patterns on your wall will show up through the fabric.The fabric was delivered folded, not rolled, so there were multiple creases in it. You will need to iron it before hanging it up because the creases are very obvious when you hang the fabric up and they really do ruin the effect.It does not come with anything with which to hang it, so you will need to figure out a way to do this. My solution is to attach it to a long reed then use string to hang it from one point in the master bedroom, to give it that real "tapestry" appearance You could tape it up or fix it to the wall with small nails, but I'd rather just have one nail than a whole series across the wall.I think the word "tapestry" is perhaps a bit of a misnomer. There is nothing tapestry-like about it. I had expected it to look like it had been printed on canvas, and to be thicker than it was - certainly not as sheer. However, it is lovely, and at the low price at which it is currently available, fair value - as long as you know exactly what you will be getting.

This tapestry arrived in a handy Ziplock storage bag. The tapestry is a big as claimed at 150cmx200cm (59”x79”). The edges are neatly overlocked to ensure no fraying (see pic).The tapestry is extremely lightweight, but the colours are as rich and vivid as the product pictures depict. I draped it loosely over some stuff and took a picture at 180cm/6ft away (see pic). It looks really great, and I look forward to hanging it in my living room.Hanging is left to the purchaser with no eyelets attached or fittings provided, though it’s suggested that thumb tacks or push pins would suffice. Given the lightness of the item, I’m inclined to agree. If you are handy with a sewing machine or know somebody who is, it would be a simple task to sacrifice a couple of centimetres to sew a seam across the top for threading a good old curtain wire through - then you could hang with wire, hooks and eyes just like lace curtains.At the item’s price point, I’m tempted to check out some of the other offerings that Fendrom have – I’ve already spotted a great Spaceship interior one that appeals to the Sci-Fan in me. Comes in a zip lock bag.i like to use these tapestries as photography back grounds and this one is quite a nice soft misty forest image.It does get a bit pixelated close up but from a distance its quite effective.The size of 2 meters wide by 1.5 meters high is ok for my usage but the product images are a bit misleading and make these look way bigger than they actually are.The price is what you would expect to pay for this size.

This wall hanging comes folded, so will need ironing before you hang it, to get the creases out. It's well stitched round the edges, in a lightweight material with a slight sheen. The design is well printed & vibrant. It will instantly brighten up a room, whether permanently or temporarily. Great for rental flats that don't allow you to decorate, student digs, or to brighten up a wall in your home. To get this effect with wallpaper or vinyl would involve a lot of pattern matching, expense, & fuss, but this just needs a quick iron & hanging. Brightened up my magnolia (for now) wall a treat.

This wall hanging is really lovely and looks so effective on the wall, the material is a lightweight polyester with a wall sized print on it, it is easy to put up and a really easy way to transform a room without painting etc, I am really happy with the effect and I would recommend.

Although this tapestry is nice the print is a bit faded/blurry which is unfortunate! it still looks ok when up on the wall though

The wall hanging is exactly as expected with regard to design. The material is not very thick so if you have it hung over windows it will not block out sunlight. Overall, I'm pleased with the wall hanging.
